GMP-X from MediaVision is an efficient digital training solution.With GMP-X you can create online courses, train SOPs and work instructions, schedule group training, record reviews and compile tests. GMP-X also provides access to the library of MediaVision’s online courses. With GMP-X you can manage all courses in a quick and simple manner. You can track exactly who, where, when and what should be trained. The program allows you to draw personal development plans for your employees, compare results, execute analyses and monitor results. With one mouse click you can see which employees have the competency to carry out certain activities.
GMP-X is a hosted solution; the system is not installed at the users workspace, but runs on the web server at MediaVision. Instead of a system that has to be installed, validated and maintained on your computer system, MediaVision takes care of the hardware, software, management and documentation of all training data. MediaVision ensures a validated and Part 11 compliant system that satisfies all official requirements.
With GMP-X, all employees are able to take an online course anywhere and anytime.

No Installation required
The e-learning programs are available on the MediaVision server. We make sure the online program is easy accessible and the training database is secured. The required internal IT capacity is thus greatly reduced. You access GMP-X by logging in to our secure web server. |
Validation and Maintenance
Qualification and Validation are very important to ensure that this system operates as it should. MediaVision has developed special validation processes to ensure that GMP-X is continuously validated. |
Training available 24/7, anywhere and at anytime
Trainers, managers and trainees have anytime, anywhere access to their personal training accounts. That makes GMP-X a real time-saver. |
Administrator, Trainer and Trainee user accounts
Users can have access as administrator, manager, trainer or trainee. The system allows you to give certain users authorisation for specific activities such as managing student data, developing training materials, compiling learning routes, analysing training results and following certain courses. |
Multi-Lingual Trainee Interface

Automated Scheduling
GMP-X makes it easy to sign up employees for certain courses. Then, if desired, an automatically generated e-mail can be send. With GMP-X, you know exactly when an employee is trained or when he / she needs to take a refresher course. |
SOP and work instruction; creation and training
Through GMP-X, MediaVision's complete web-based training solution, you can easily add your own SOPs and work instructions into the GMP-X system. That way you have one central documentation system. Then, using the system-integrated editor, you can create for each SOP and work instruction a short training and exam. Documentation, management, creation of SOP and work instruction training, testing and monitoring; with this system it all becomes easily, quickly and effectively!

Competence Management
For every single workstation you have the possibility to create a separate training schedule. Every employee at a particular work place automatically gets an overview of the required training. Employees immediately see what courses they still need to follow to become competent (suitable) for a particular job or function.

Variable validity
The validity of a SOP or a course can be set. If the period expires, the employee receives a signal that he / she should study the SOP again or should repeat a particular course.

Communication with other systems
GMP-X is a flexible system that offers numerous possibilities for data exchange with other systems such as HR data and SOP data.

Firewall
The SOPs don’t have to be stored at the web server. It is possible to save documents within the firewall and still showing them in GMP-X.

GMP-X is a scalable system
A company can start using GMP-X on a single department. Later other sections can be connected. No expensive conversion is needed.

GMP-X is inexpensive
Every month, you pay a fixed amount. The amount depends on the number of registered employees: € 1, - excluding VAT per employee per month.
Media Vision Courses: cost between € 6,- and € 20,- excluding VAT per hour depending on the course.
