Didactics

The course 'Incoming goods' is different than normal, because the student has influence on the learning route. That way situations and questions may vary per student. Still each student will receive the same information, so that the learning goals will be reached and each student has to be able to pass the test succesfully.

Students will find themselves in different situations where they have to make choices. The possible answers may all be correctly. The student has to choose the possibility he or she would also have chosen in reality or which seems the most rational.
Depending on the choices the student follows a certain route, i.e. based on the choices the student will end up in certain situations.

Most questions contain extra information which is needed to be able to answer the question/judge the situation. That way the student will start a reasoning process in order to find out what the best solution is for the situation.
The information can consist of statements of employees or of documents with information. It can also contain food for thought which doesn't provide information to solve the situation, but which is meant to put the student to thinking

In some situations the button ‘consult your supervisor’ is displayed on the screen. The student has to click on it when he or she thinks the situation have to be reported. The supervisor will then let the student know if he found it useful to be approached.
